Lydia runs everything people-related at Climbing Trees: recruitment, onboarding, career development, performance, culture and the office itself. She's worked in people and hiring for more than 15 years.

Having worked on both the commercial and people side shapes how she works here. She runs the employee experience the way we run client work. She listens to the team, finds what's getting in the way, fixes it and checks that the fix worked. Since joining in April 2025, she's built our people foundations from scratch, including the Career Framework the whole team now uses to plan how they progress.
